About Haninge Bostäder AB

Haninge Bostäder AB is Haninge’s municipal housing company owned by Haninge municipality. They were founded in 1948 and today own and managed properties from Utö and Dalarö to Vendelsö. Haninge Bostäder Profitable Again

Haninge Bostäder, which was taken over by the state a few years ago, is profitable again. The situation for the company and Haninge municipality was dark at the time, but the improvement has gone faster than anyone expected. A sale of the company could now bring in upwards of one billion Swedish Crowns. Haninge municipality has a ten-year home bidding right but cannot currently afford to buy back the company. Staffan Holmberg, a social democratic municipal councillor in Haninge, believes that the state should wait for a possible sale for three to four years.

Illegal Subletting

Illegal subletting, an additional function within Vitec Hyra, gives landlords the opportunity to check that the residential address matches the civil registry address. If deviations between these addresses are detected, they will be notified and presented. The function can be scheduled or started manually.

For approved subletting, it is possible to exclude persons and contracts. Another possibility with illegal subletting is to find the new addresses of vacated tenants and be able to send direct invoices.

Haninge Bostäder AB is a public housing company owned by Haninge municipality. We are 30 employees who manage the company’s approximately 2,378 apartments and a small number of commercial premises. Our properties are distributed throughout the municipality, both on the mainland and on islands in the archipelago. Our ambition is for our residents to feel that we are there for them and thus experience well-being and security with us as a landlord.

As a landlord, you coordinate and are responsible for the day-to-day operations and issues concerning the assigned properties’ management and tenant-related issues regarding housing and premises. As a landlord, you have direct contact with our tenants and work to create positive relationships with our customers, contractors and other actors in the area. You represent the company and work together with other work groups in the company to create good customer relations, well-being and security for our tenants. Together we look after and develop the properties and the business.
