Woohoo, we are going ahead with the project!
In the first meeting we meet with the client to understand their project requirements, objectives, budget and schedule. Create a conceptual design that aligns with the client's vision, goals, and budget. This might include creating sketches, mood boards, and architectural plans.
Now comes the exciting part! Create a thorough design from the conceptual idea, including architectural drawings, elevations, and sections. Working on the structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will also be part of this phase.
Create architectural visualizations and renders of the proposed design, including interior and exterior perspectives, and walkthroughs. Present the visualizations and designs to the client for feedback, and make any necessary revisions.
Once the design is finalized, work with the construction team to implement the design on-site. This includes obtaining necessary permits, overseeing the construction process and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- It is important to note that this process plan is general and can vary depending on the scope, budget and the client’s preferences. Also, it is always a good idea to keep the client updated throughout the process and gather feedback regularly to ensure that the final deliverable is up to their expectation.
